This California Privacy Act Policy (“CA Privacy Policy”) describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and explains how Property Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and processes the personal information of California residents. This CA Privacy Policy should be read together with our main Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between this CA Privacy Policy and any other portion of our Privacy Policy, this CA Privacy Policy controls only with respect to the personal information of California residents.
