Overview: Property Advantage Lite Community Management is a streamlined property management service designed to provide essential support for Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) and property boards. Our approach emphasizes efficiency, transparency, and the convenience of digital interaction.
We ensure timely payment of all monthly operating expenses, alleviating the administrative burden on the board.
Comprehensive financial statements are prepared and delivered each month to provide a clear and accurate view of the property’s financial health.
Our team assists with the preparation of the annual budget, offering guidance to help board members create a balanced and effective financial plan.
We handle the processing of escrows to streamline property transitions and maintain seamless financial operations.
Attendance at board meetings can be arranged for two or four meetings per year, conducted exclusively via Zoom for the convenience of all participants.
Important Notes:
Landscape and Violation Walks: Board members are responsible for conducting all landscape and violation walks. Property Advantage Lite management will not be in attendance for these walks. Should the Board wish to have the community manager present at a landscape/violation walk, please reference options 2 or 3 on the Property Advantage Lite Pricing Options page.
